Training Contract Commercial Property Paralegal / Legal Assistant

TSR Legal have a new and rare opportunity for a commercial property paralegal / Legal Assistant looking to join a leading commercial law firm in Newport with parking.

This role can offer a training contract

The main purpose is to work as part of the busy Commercial Property Department with a lead Partner and Solicitor.

The team can offer the right paralegal a variety of top-quality experiences, working with an array of clients in London and across the UK, carrying out a broad range of tasks and strengthening your experience, all whilst handling your own caseload.

This full-time role will require you to deal with freehold/leasehold acquisitions & disposals and landlord & tenant matters for commercial and corporate clients, as well as building a good rapport with existing and new clients.
