The Continuous Improvement Coordinator will work closely with the Housing Operations Management Team and the wider business to plan and deliver customer-focused services for our tenants.
The post holder will be responsible for leading on reviews and projects, identifying resource and implementing the changes along with service delivery managers and other colleagues.
TheContinuous Improvement Coordinator will lead on the management of change arising from complaints and customer survey feedback.Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain project documentation for all change management processes to ensure risk is managed throughout the project, developing solutions to overcome problems.
- Monitor relevant Group service standards identifying key areas of improvement and implementing appropriate procedures and training.
- Challenge the status quo to identify and deliver process improvement opportunities, providing advice and guidance to colleagues on improving performance and customer satisfaction.
- Identify training gaps within Housing Operations and contribute to training plans with the Quality & Training Coordinator.
- Promote a culture of customer excellence and offer tenants/customers a wide range of opportunities to influence service delivery. Leading on insight gathering where needed.
- Promote a culture of joint working, colleague engagement, and positive problem solving across the Group.
- Encourage and empower teams to take responsibility and ownership, leading on challenging and improving performance across Housing Operations.
- Develop reports to evaluate value for money from the change management implemented and develop action and improvement plans to improve and meet performance targets.
Essential Criteria:
- Up to date knowledge of business improvement techniques such as lean and six sigma
- Process/performance improvement experience
- Change management experience
- Substantial experience of working in a social housing environment or similar
- Substantial experience of working within teams and influencing positive outcomes
