Salary:
£ £20.05 per hour (Equivalent to £38,138 - £40,140 per annum) + £5000 Welcome Bonus
Hours; 22, 33, 38.5 and 44 available

Shifts:
Days or Nights available

Time recruitment is selecting for registered nurses to join an exemplary national care provider. Set in the heart of Birmingham. The home is a 30 bedded home split into 3x 10 bedded units. In addition, they specialise in dementia, Mental health condition, oldage, physical disability & younger adults. The also provide independent living care packages, palliative care and physiotherapy.

Duties for the Registered Nurse:

Taking responsibility for the wellbeing of all residents and making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met
Offering support to the care team
Carrying out assessments
Developing, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans
Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure the safety of all legislation and NMC guidelines
Carrying out the best standard of care that you can.
Delivering clinical guidance to your care team, you'll lead, motivate and mentor this team to ensure the safe and efficient day to day running of the unit.

Registered Nurse Requirements:

A Registered Nurse (RNLD, RMN), with an active NMC pin
Strong leadership skills
Experience of leadership and a supervisor qualification would be desirable but not needed.
Great and respectful communicator
