Construction Litigation Solicitor

Superb new opportunity to join a successful and growing construction litigation team in Warwickshire.

The position could suit someone with existing construction litigation experience or it could suit someone with strong general litigation knowledge who wantsto specialise in construction litigation.


The successful applicant will have the opportunity to really refine their craft managing their own caseload and working alongside 3 excellent Partners on large scale matters.

Clients will range from local businesses to international businesses.


Applications are sought from:

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales;
  • Excellent knowledge of litigation process;
  • Experience of or an interest in construction law;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • The ability to work independently;
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
The role

  • To be a productive part of a successful team;
  • To manage a caseload (under supervision);
  • To assist Partners on large scale matters;
  • To take responsibility for developing skills and knowledge;
  • Flexible and agile working is available;
  • Part time hours can be considered.
