You will be joining the Savings & Partnership Products Team, focusing on our Partnership product range to meet our Corporate plan objectives.


The Saving & Partnership Team is split into two key areas, with 3 members of the team responsible for Partnership Products and 5 responsible for Savings product.

You will be joining the Partnership product teams, which consists of 1 Partnership lead and 2 Relationship Managers.


The core purpose of the role will be delivering customer focused partnership product propositions, maintaining strong 3rd party relationships with our selected partners and delivery to planned volumes and cost targets.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Manage the partnership product range towards the delivery of corporate plan volume and income targets, ensuring that products are launched in line with agreed procedures.
  • Drive forward the partnership agenda and lead on key projects and initiatives, including the onboarding of new partners.
  • Develop and deliver best in class partnership product propositions which are targeted and fair for customers and deliver the commercial goals of the society.
  • Influence and manage third party providers to ensure that partnership pricing (new business and retention) and product range fits with the delivery and aims of the corporate vision and strategy.
  • Maintain knowledge of partnership Product marketplace and competitor information.
What Do We Need From You?

  • Customer focused product development.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.

  • Proven ability to influence, engage and work in partnership with senior stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers.
