Product Manager

Eden Brown Synergy is currently working in partnership with a Local Government organisation in London which is looking to recruit a Product Manager on a permanent basis.

The post holder will focus on the strategic delivery of oracle fusion (ERP) - looking intocurrent processes, identifying areas for improvement, establishing groups and establishing the approach to develop the system.


As a Product Manager you will have responsibility for:

  • Leading the analysis and definition of potential technological solutions and available options to meet the business needs.
  • Ensuring that the organisations business systems incorporate and develop 'best practice'.
  • Recommending and developing best practice system enhancements and business process changes based on available functionality and common system/business issues
  • Leading and directing other team members on the use of agile principles and devops practices to deliver continual improvement and releases.

Experience & Qualifications Required:


  • Product Management experience
  • Strategic leadership in the provision of business systems support and development
  • Agile & Jira experience
  • Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Knowledge and understanding of Local government
  • Experience leading, managing and delivering transformational change in a complex organisation
The role offers hybrid working and an annual salary between £55,439 - £67,313
