We are looking for a Workplace Services Team Leader to join our team in Edinburgh.


We are looking for a multi-talented individual who is passionate about delivering a great people experience and who can lead a small team in the effective operation, maintenance and enhancement of our flourishing workspaces.

Your role will support employee wellness and productivity by ensuring workplaces in your remit are physically and digitally enabled for collaboration, connection, concentration and learning.

Essential Skills and Knowledge- Experience of leading, motivating and developing a small team of people to deliver great customer experience- An ability to juggle reactive demands and planned work whilst keeping the team engaged and motivated- An aptitude for all things digital to ensure provision of digital work space support and deliver a smooth transition to more agile/digital working- Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) standards, experience of monitoring and reviewing HS&E performance, improving and resolving non-compliance- Experience of co-ordinating activities of subcontractors and suppliers and acting as a primary point of contact for them while working within an established contract management plan- Financial awareness and experience of tracking progress against budgets within established finance systems, identifying and reporting variances- Experience of delivering small-scale or medium-scale multidisciplinary or workplace projects

What you'll get

The salary band for this role is £35,384 - £47,924 per annum.
