TTS Client Program Management Office ("PMO") is responsible for delivering complex (new business) client mandates and converting the associated revenues.

These are typically high value, sensitive, global and regional client solutions requiring rigorous project management.


Client Experience is one of the Key Strategic Initiatives within TTS and is a critical pillar in ensuring TTS successfully positions itself to further consolidate our leadership in the transactional services business.

Differentiated and positive client experience is key to the future and continued growth of the TTS business and Citi.


Role Description


These tasks may include tracking of business financials, managing employee headcount, preparation of presentations for various senior forums, internal MIS and business reporting, analysis of Voice of the Client results and root cause analysis of client dissatisfaction and clients at risk, execution of management control assessments, input to audits, and coordination of other administrative needs.

Work on various ad-hoc projects within the Client PMO and across TTS more broadly is also part of the role.


Responsibilities:


  • Support in preparing relevant materials for various forums such as monthly business reviews, and documenting follow ups from these meetings where needed and track them to closure.
  • Assist in various initiatives and key projects across the Client PMO (e.g. transformation, client experience, expense management Risk & Controls related) in line with the strategic direction set by the Global Head of Client PMO and the Client PMO COO.
  • Partner with regional business managers to manage headcount and follow the prescribed governance process around HC management for the Client PMO.
  • Extract data from different sources, consolidate and manipulate it to create MIS, reporting and analysis, review it for accuracy and derive from it meaningful summaries and actionable insights.
  • Perform analysis of Voice of the Client results and root cause analysis of client dissatisfaction drivers and clients at risk.

What's Needed To Succeed:


  • Bachelor's Degree/University degree.
  • Work experience preferably in business analysis, project management, MIS and analytics or data management / data governance types of roles
  • Advanced Excel expertise including demonstrated capabilities with pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, and formulas.
  • Experience with databases and information management.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Power Point skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills the prospective individual must be able to proactively organise workload against conflicting priorities and to work well under pressure and to deliver required outcomes at short notice without compromising quality.
  • Ability to work as part of a strong team as well as independently.
  • Sense of curiosity, ownership, and complete finisher mindset.
