Join our Finance team as a Credit Controller, reporting directly to the Credit Control Manager. Be a pivotal player in ensuring smooth cash flow and exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:


Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve customer queries promptly.

Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate customer records and promote E-Billing and our E-shop.

Process Improvement:
Contribute to refining processes for optimal cash collection.

Education:
Share insights on the importance of Credit Control with internal teams.

Reconciliation:
Liaise with Cashiers to reconcile customer accounts.
