We are looking for Residential Family Practitioners to join our team and work in Leicestershire providing support and assessment to parents and their children in a residential setting.


As a Residential Family Practitioner you will work as part of a team of support workers to deliver a high standard of care at all times within a 'home from home' nurturing environment.

You will support families to develop their parenting capacity and support parents on a day to day basis to provide care for their children.

You recognise that the role is to help support residents maximise their choices, rights and decisions.

  • Experience working as a family support worker in a residential setting or within their own home
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Empathetic people person who is nonjudgemental and calm
  • Dedicated and committed with a "cando" attitude
  • Level 3 in Residential Childcare/Children & Young People Workforce/ Residential Childcare desired not essential
