WHAT TO EXPECT

The Build Site Coordinator role is varied on a day-to-day basis and best suits an individual capable of managing a number of tasks simultaneously.

In this role, you'll establish and maintain key cross-functional relationships within the business due to the varied functions in which we collaborate.

This will include areas as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Plant Launch, Special Vehicles, Quality Functions and all Engineering CoC's.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Support Verification Build (VB) operations and programmes.
Creation of vehicle pick matrix.
Allocation of vehicle kits in line with latest build plan on a Just in Time basis.
Provide key support to other activities, for example, torsion testing, parts reworks and eCube/dry build.
Coordination of build shortages.
Coordination of parts returned from build and investigation into the reason parts aren't required.
Investigating root cause of any park pick issues with problem solving methodology
Systems investigations into overall parts queries and shortages.
Liaise cross functionally to support and achieve build requirements.
Build planning and process chain support as required.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Experience in a logistics and parts environment.
Experience with GPIRS and/or SAP.
Experience in stakeholder management
Proficient communication and organisation skills.
Proficient in problem solving.
Competent IT skills, conversant in Microsoft Office suite, including excel, word, forms and powerapps.
Driving license for occasional travel between BiW and T&F Pilot Plants.

Personal Profile

Ability to work on multiple tasks, in parallel, and recognise the priorities in line with build.
Confidence to communicate with all levels, lead meetings and participate in high focus senior reviews.
Selfmotivated individual that is able to work under mínimal supervision to achieve deadlines.
High degree of interpersonal skills and ability to build networks.
Prepared to positively challenge current process and practice with a kaizen mindset.
