Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative.As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with their inquiries
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services that best suit their requirements
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient call resolution and customer support
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Salary:
£24,693.66-£29,235.02 per year
