Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries.


Duties:


  • Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with their inquiries
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services that best suit their requirements
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient call resolution and customer support

Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Salary:
£24,693.66-£29,235.02 per year
