Five days per week on a rota basis**:Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm; Saturday 10am - 5pm; Sunday 10am - 4pm

Role Overview
We're recruiting for an on-site Sales Negotiator to join our New Homes team at Cerulean Quarter, Canning Town.

You'll be working in collaboration with our expert London Residential Developments Sales team, on this prestigious new scheme.

Given its location and quality, this will undoubtedly be a very popular development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily applicant calls and visits to the marketing suite, ensuring accurate details are recorded
  • Carry out viewings with prospective purchasers
  • Follow sales through to exchange and completion
  • Give best advice to clients at all times in a professional and enthusiastic manner
  • Maintain records on the database on a daily basis, requalifying and archiving as appropriate
  • Ensure the client and Sales Manager receive regular feedback
  • Ensure thorough preparation of the sales centre and show homes
  • Close liaison with the Sales Manager, reporting problems onsite without delay and problem solving where required
  • Maintain awareness of competing schemes in the area and trends in the local property market
  • Maintain awareness of world affairs that might impact the market and be able to provide considered responses to any queries that arise
  • Maintain accurate price lists, sales brochures, specification lists and displays
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times

  • Experience with new homes, on site sales, estate agency is desirable. However, sales and/or customer service experience may be considered on an individual basis.

Qualifications & Technical Abilities

  • Good IT skills
  • Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and associated databases including Contact Builder
  • Clean UK driving licence
