At HealthTrust Europe we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our Marketing team, where you can make a difference within your role, take pride in your work and be part of a team that is taking the company into a new and exciting era.


As a Marketing Campaign Specialist you will be responsible for delivering campaigns across the entire marketing mix and will have a passion for marketing, as well as an understanding of how data segmentation can influence a business' growth strategy.

You will integrate into a defined portfolio supporting all marketing activities to customers and suppliers with the sourcing teams, creating collateral and digital content to support customer journeys, conducting market research to influence strategy.

Based in Edgbaston, Birmingham, we offer solutions to manage spend effectively and improve performance, working with both public (NHS) and private healthcare providers to optimise the use of products and services to identify cost saving opportunities.


Marketing Campaign Specialist Duties (included, but not limited to):

  • Collaborate with the marketing team and business stakeholders to drive the delivery of campaigns that create an emotional connection and drive behavior change
  • Utilise data segmentation to inform campaign strategies and target specific segments of the market
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimisation and improvement
  • Stay uptodate on market trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are relevant and effective

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:


  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign management
  • Strong understanding of data segmentation and how it can influence business growth strategies
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
