Trodat UK Ltd is part of the Trodat-Trotec Group, the global market leader for self-inking stamps, marking products and laser engraving machines.

From our Paisley site, we produce over half a million stamps and marking products every year to precise customer requirements.


As a marketing executive within Trodat UK, you'll contribute to the overarching objective of growing our online channels to both B2B and B2C audiences.

In addition to this you will also be involved with the daily running of our traditional marketing for our dealer group and wholesaler accounts, assisting in content creation, vertical marketing, new product development and effective distribution of marketing materials.


Reporting to the marketing manager you will be given a high level of autonomy, therefore a can-do attitude, ownership of tasks and a high level of communication is essential in this role.

The main responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Utilising our CMS platform to optimise websites to increase organic reach, in line with SEO strategy
  • Assist with marketing plans, advertising & direct marketing campaigns
  • Track and report on the impact/success of campaigns and report analytics as required
  • Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print
  • Assist in the creation of our social strategy, producing creative content, including social videos, blog posts etc. as well as monitor the daily running of our social media channels. This would include responding to messages outside of regular working hours where necessary.
  • Be a key player in our monthly product lifecycle meeting, assisting in the creation of new product ideas & designs
  • Carry out analysis to determine demand, price, and competition for stamps and other personalised products
  • Maintain and update customer databases & complete customer data forms where required
  • Working with our external designer, project manage customer catalogue pages and marketing flyers
  • When required, help organise and attend events and exhibitions

Requirements:


  • Educated to degree level or equivalent with at least two years marketing experience in a similar role
  • A proven track record in developing and implementing content strategies to attract, engage and convert new audiences
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies
  • Enthusiastic team player that can work alone, partner with people of all levels, and report directly to the marketing manager
  • Working knowledge of databases, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and webbased research
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal with the ability to copywrite and proofread
  • Be fully integrated across the marketing mix, with strong knowledge of digital, social, and more Comfortable managing multiple priorities and demands within a fastpaced, multifaceted environment. You must be highly organised, structured and disciplined with excellent analytic and problemsolving skills
  • The successful applicant will have experience within a Marketing environment and be able to demonstrate experience working within a team environment.

Salary:
£23,000.00-£24,500.00 per year
