About the department:

We have an established and dedicated team of 600 employees within our Asset Management department.


Our team prides itself on investing in our own people to deliver first class property based services across the Group, covering a broad range of disciplines from reactive, planned and grounds maintenance to property refurbishments, estate services, building safety and compliance.


You will be welcomed in to a committed and passionate team, with a key focus on professionalism and working together.


Role Information:

A rare opportunity has arisen at senior level within our Asset Management Department. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our established team.


You will ensure all planned and cyclical maintenance tasks are carried out to a high-quality standard, in compliance with all health and safety and legal legislation.


You will assist the Operations Director and Assistant Director of Asset Management in delivering strategic asset management planning, the management of information systems, property records, databases and undertaking cyclical property condition reviews to inform future investment decision for the organisation.
