Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top 100 law firm based in Wakefield. We are looking to hire Customer Service Advisors to work within our Claims Department

About us

Minster Law Solicitors is wholly owned by BHL UK Ltd, a UK subsidiary of BHL, a highly successful, cash generative and profitable international Insurance Services Group.

Established in 2006, Minster Law is one of the UK's leading personal injury claims providers to the motor insurance market.

As well as personal injury, we also offer advice to clients in relation to employment, consumer and property disputes.

The Role
This is a key team for answering customer service calls and dealing with all customer service elements.

The main element of the role is to deliver robust quality claims handling, with a key focus on customer outcomes for Minster Law clients.

From this role there is a key development opportunity to progress in to the Claims team.

Person Specification
You will have experience in previous roles, including a passion for and competence with telephony customer service.

You will thrive on achieving objectives in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining high standards of work, quality and client care.

You should have a good knowledge of Excel and Word. Good attention to detail and organisational skills are a must, and a customer centric approach.

Experience of working in an RTA MOJ Portal claims environment would be an advantage but is not essential.

Our values

When you join the team here at Minster, you will be joining an Investor's in People Platinum accredited organisation, which demonstrates our commitment to high performance through great people and a strong company culture that focuses on trust, respect, openness and inclusion.

Our values are 'stand together', 'be courageous' and 'find a way' and this embodies everything we do.

How we work
We encourage and support agile working to allow our colleagues to get the best out of their day.

As long as we continue to ensure that our customers, partners, business and colleagues needs are met, we believe colleagues can work where they feel will be most productive - at home, in the office or other suitable venue.

By allowing our colleagues the ability to work in an agile environment, we believe this encourages and creates a more fluid approach to how we work, to stimulate productivity, creativity and engagement.

Our Benefits

We also offer great benefits at Minster so we can reward our colleagues for the great work they do and to say thank you.

This includes a generous bonus scheme, matched pension scheme, insurance benefits, health and wellbeing support, discounts, regular reward incentives, study sponsorship and great social events.

Giving Back (CSR)

Being able to support our local communities is important to us and is a key part of who we are.

We have a strong Corporate Social Responsibility agenda and a host of activities to support this. This includes working with charities and groups that help to improve the lives in our local communities.

This commitment to improving and supporting our local communities is embedded into our working lives so much that we actively encourage our colleagues to spend one day a year volunteering by giving them a day off.
