A bit about the role:
- Proactively and continuously identify academic research groups and companies relevant to the scope of the AMR collaborative programme and establish and maintain appropriate relationships.
- Accountable, as required, for the delivery of other key strategic collaborations in LifeArc's AMR portfolio, ensuring scientific quality, that collaborations are delivered to agreed milestones and budget, expected impact is achieved and risks are managed.
About you:
Experience & skills:
- Startup experience, tech transfer experience beneficial.
- Experience working with/in third party CROs to deliver virtual drug discovery programmes to time and budget with proactive risk management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills both written and verbal.
- Experience of dealing with stakeholders with diverse levels of experience and seniority.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Selfawareness and excellent personal resilience, as well as a high level of professionalism, discretion and tact
- Strong team player with a cando attitude and a consistent track record of high impact delivery
- Demonstrated track record of coaching and mentoring others
- Passionate about supporting the innovation ecosystem through working closely with entrepreneurs in academia and SMEs
Qualifications:
PhD +3-5 years relevant experience/equivalent in AMR medicines or diagnostic discovery field
