Main Purpose of the Job:

To effectively work on own initiative or within a team, rectifying faults, carrying out repairs and Property refurbishments.

Possessing a competence in a range of trades to enable a wide range of duties, connected with repair, maintenance of our Property Portfolio and external projects.

Skills & Personal Attributes Required:

Ideally already have relevant site related experience or an NVQ Level 2 Building Maintenance, Multitrade Repair and Refurbishment Operations or similar qualification
Good communication skills, both verbal and written with customers and office
Full clean driving licence
In return you will benefit from 20 days (prorata) holiday increasing to 25 days with service, plus additional day for Birthday, pension, life assurance, Health assured & fitness programme.

Main Duties / Responsibilities

Multi skilled in carrying out instructions given by the Senior Management team, working to a high standard ensuring quality workmanship and maintaining a high level of productivity
Preparing materials required, obtaining quotes, driving vehicles and operating equipment required for the task
Responsible for maintaining H&S ensuring adherence to safe working practice and environmental procedures
Keeping vehicles and equipment clean and in working order, reporting any defects
Completing timesheet App and statutory checks as required. Following administrative procedures as directed

£25,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
