Are you creative and able to develop out of the box recruitment solutions?

Would you like to use your previous recruitment experience to help shape recruitment campaigns, creating advertising messages that inspire and help Oxford Health lead the way in patient care?

Working alongside the Head of Resourcing, you will lead the planning and development of marketing communication campaigns and their successful implementation.

Providing a measurable and positive impact on vacancies across the Trust and supporting our aim to be an employer of choice.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate high levels of communication, copywriting and content creation skills, as well as creativity and an open mind.

You will be able to provide examples of delivering high levels of customer service and be solutions focused.
