To provide efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the qualification development processes. Maintain accurate documentation, prepare materials, and assist with qualification-related tasks to facilitate the organization's educational initiatives.

Administrative Assistant

£23,356 Per Annum

NG8, Nottingham

Full Time, Permanent

9-5pm, Early Finish Friday

Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support for the upload of assessment materials.
  • Provide administrative support for qualificationrelated meetings, workshops and events, including preparation for stakeholder meetings.
  • Ensure accurate and uptodate documentation of qualification frameworks, specifications and assessment materials.
  • Set up new qualification profiles as required, on relevant management information systems.
  • Locate and provide product documentation, in response to customer queries and requests.

Experience:


  • Minimum 1year administrative experience.
  • Good standard of education, as evidenced by qualifications at Level 2 including English and Maths Grade C/4 equivalent or above.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting information logically.
  • Excellent IT skills, including using Microsoft Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
