Role:
Part Time Administrator


HOURS:
Monday-Friday

4 hours a day


SALARY:
£22,000 pro rata


LOCATION:
Birmingham


CULTURE:
Supportive team, busy and friendly.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inputting and filing invoices onto the system
  • Reviewing and reconciling accounts
  • Submitting employee's holiday requests onto the system
  • Updating internal databases and spreadsheets
  • Speaking to clients on the phone and chasing any outstanding payments
  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and directing calls if required
  • General Administrative support to all 3 of the companies Acquisitions
  • Return of invoices and purchase orders
  • Weekly return of Team sickness and absence

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good MS Skills including word, Excel, outlook
  • Strong organisation and timemanagement skills
  • A good understanding of customer care
  • The Ability to work on own initiative
