Role:
Part Time Administrator
HOURS:
Monday-Friday
4 hours a day
SALARY:
£22,000 pro rata
LOCATION:
Birmingham
CULTURE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inputting and filing invoices onto the system
- Reviewing and reconciling accounts
- Submitting employee's holiday requests onto the system
- Updating internal databases and spreadsheets
- Speaking to clients on the phone and chasing any outstanding payments
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and directing calls if required
- General Administrative support to all 3 of the companies Acquisitions
- Return of invoices and purchase orders
- Weekly return of Team sickness and absence
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good MS Skills including word, Excel, outlook
- Strong organisation and timemanagement skills
- A good understanding of customer care
- The Ability to work on own initiative
