Reed are working alongside a well-known Not for Profit Organisation based in West Central London, who are urgently recruiting for an experienced People Administrator on a 12-month fixed term contract.


This role is hybrid, so the Postholder will be expected to travel into the office up to 2 days a week (possibly 3 days for meetings).

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm (37.5 hours per week)


Job Purpose


The People Administrator is a pivotal role to the success of the team by providing administrative support to the People function.

Focusing on operational elements of the department, ensuring all day-to-day processes are completed in an efficient and accuratemanner, and ensure all enquiries are handled quickly.


Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the endtoend recruitment and selection cycle, from approval to a job offer
  • Administrative and planning support for the organisation's Induction programme including Day One Induction
  • Capture all relevant contractual and approval paperwork for new and current employees within the HR System (Cascade) and electronic people files
  • Manage the administration of learning and development and support the team in facilitation of training
  • Support the People Coordinator with payroll administration maintaining payroll trackers, recording payroll related changes in Cascade, sending out P45s each month
  • Answer any firstline HR enquiries from employees where possible, escalating to the People Coordinators or People BPs in an appropriate and tactful way

Person Specification

  • Strong, allround administration experience
  • Experience using CASCADE
  • Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Quick thinking and ability to work within a high work volume environment
  • Eye for improvement for new processes
