If so, The Pioneer Group has an exciting opportunity for a Communications Assistant to work at the heart of the organisation, supporting the delivery on a new communications strategy that raises the bar on how we communicate with customers and the communities we serve.
Effective communication is critical to us in our role as a housing association working in a regulated environment that is tenant and resident-focused.
This is a crucial period for social housing with many of our customers facing huge challenges, and so how we communicate the support available to them is vital.
It will be busy and varied and provides ample scope to grow and develop your skills and experience as part of your career progression.
Requirements:
This role is ideally suited to someone who is keen to expand their experience.
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of editorial, social media, design and branding while also being able excite us with your passion and enthusiasm.
With first-class communication and people skills, you will be adept at managing a busy workload, be innovative in how we best reach our audiences and be able to work across teams and be just as comfortable talking to tenants and residents.
Responsibilities
You will support the Communications Manager in delivering our new Communications Framework that is designed to help us improve the way we reach out to our tenants, residents and clients.
It is a hands-on position that requires an ability to work with others to generate content, update social media and websites, support the production of visuals and graphics and assist with event organisation when needed.
