  • We have a fantastic opportunity to join the team on a permanent, fulltime basis. Working closely with the Scheduling Controller, you will ensure that accurate schedules are achieved by all relevant departments, as well as gathering and sharing information relating to performance against CDP deadlines.
  • As part of this new and exciting role, you will have opportunity to be involved in a variety of tasks and responsibilities across the whole scheduling function, including but not limited to, involvement in all aspects of planning, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring new items that go through the business.
  • Who are we looking for?
  • You should be a tenacious, confident selfstarter, with an appetite for proactively managing multiple deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • This role will involve liaising with various teams including Creative, Product Management, Repro and CDS.
  • You should be highly organized and possess excellent communication and analytical skills and be able to adapt to changing priorities, with the ability to multitask being key.
  • Excel & Microsoft Office knowledge is essential, at an advanced level, as is the ability to work to strict deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
  • The following experience is desirable but not essential;
  • Experience in a Manufacturing environment
  • QAD/MFG knowledge
  • Routing and BOM understanding
  • PO and supplier relationships
  • Ideally C93 and Validating Knowledge
  • Key activities & responsibilities include:
  • Support annual planning activity
  • Internal tracking system data maintenance and reporting
  • Tracking system data maintenance and reporting
  • Updating and publishing Key Dates Documents
  • Liaison with the Customer Delivery Scheduling teams
  • Highlighting risk and closely monitoring at risk programmes
  • Monitoring progress of live programmes against CDP deadlines
  • Purchase order creation, liaising with supplier and originator on queries.
  • This role is based at our Cannon Way site in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire.
