Our sister company, CJUK are looking for a self-motivated and well organised individual to join our existing team here in Blackburn as a Recruitment Assistant.

You will support one of our experienced Senior Consultants, helping to find and place Chefs in jobs at well known establishments across the country whilst learning what it takes to become a great recruiter

As a team, we tend to work together from our modern, state of the art offices two days per week, with the other three spent working remotely from home which we feel is the perfect balance


Our people are definitely our biggest asset and we invest heavily in training and development to help create the best version of you This means that you will have the opportunity to take part in extensive training and accredited courses in addition to a recognised recruitment qualification.

'Balance' is one of our core values and in line with this, we offer a generous standard 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing to 38 days after 5 years service to help ensure you strike the perfect blend of both working and playing hard.

A career in recruitment isn't without its challenges so you will need to have a 'thick skin' and learn the skill of resilience but working with Chefs and hospitality professionals, you are sure to have a laugh along the way too
