My client a specialist IT recruitment agency are looking to add several team members to their Leatherhead office due to a period of sustained growth.

They are particularly seeking Recruitment Consultants with a experience.

Ideally you will be a 360 Consultant with BD experience or a desire to manage the whole process with new clients.

No threshold on Commission

25 days hol plus bank holidays and extra day off for your birthday

Private Healthcare insurance

Monthly incentives for top biller and best attitude

Quarterly incentives for top biller and est attitude

Spin the wheel rewards, for example large deals, good attitude, high activity levels etc (win duvet days, vouchers lunches etc)

Hybrid role with one day from home (more flexibility in future as you progress in business)

The role

Senior level roles £60K plus in UK and Europe

Specialist IT/Tech focus

Growing very successful agency

Very successful resouricng team and very strong database to help fill your roles.

Focus on BD and have your roles filled with a 50/50 split.(You can pass roles on to the Delivery team or fill them yourself)

75%/25% Perm to Contract focus, but they are open to Dual consultants, perm or contract consultants joining.

You don't need to come from an IT recruitment background if you have done BD and manage full processes. They are open to training on sector, so any 360 recruitment experience could be suitable.

Need experience in Business Development and bringing on new clients ideally, although they will consider a Resourcer that wants to move into a more Business Development and 360 role.
