ROLE SUMMARY:

To provide a continuous, quality service to all donors by managing the donor journey and associated administrative responsibilities.


KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Maintain accurate diaries on electronic records system when booking appointments and ensure that donors are encouraged to attend.
  • Keep up to date with current Semovo processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Keep electronic databases and logs up to date at all times.
  • Ensure the administrative function of Semovo is carried out to the highest standard
  • Key performance indicators will monitor your performance
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Adhere to regulatory guidelines at all times.
  • Setting and reporting on KPI's and producing monthly statistics, working closely with Managing Director
  • Input into the ongoing development of the donor recruitment website.
  • Work closely with RT's (reproductive technologists) to ensure a smooth journey for all sperm donors.

KNOWLEDGE:


  • Numerate
  • Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
  • Knowledge/awareness of sperm donation and fertility

SKILLS:


  • Good verbal and non verbal communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Computer literacy, good knowledge of Word/Excel
  • Excellent organisational and timekeeping skills
  • Ability to prioritise own workload on a daily basis using initiative
  • Ability to communicate with the team
  • Flexible and conscientious to become multiskilled
  • Good team working skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced, high pressured environment
  • Ability to deliver the highest standard of customer care/customer service

GENERAL BACKGROUND, EXPERIENCE & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • The job holder is required to have previous experience in a similar/customer facing role.
  • Previous administrative experience essential.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Pay:
£23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
