Customer Service Advisor - The Role:
- Handling a high volume of customer interactions per day
- Booking telephone appointments using inbound and outbound calls and their new web chat technology.
- Managing customers expectations.
- Working closely with internal departments and assisting the office with administrative tasks.
- Taking ownership, problem solving and ensuring a successful resolution for each call.
- Ensuring every interaction is right first time to ensure the highest level of service.
- Energised by a fast pace of work
