Are you an IT Technician looking to work at a large secondary school in Birmingham? Are you experienced working in a school setting and have a good understanding of the systems used within secondary schools?
An IT Technician is required to work at an Ofsted 'Good' school near Central Birmingham catering for secondary pupils.

** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, pro rata

The IT Technician Role:
As an IT Technician, you will be providing IT support to staff and students for day-to-day problems and enquiries.

You will manage the equipment, resources and software utilised throughout the school site and ensure the rollout of new software is successfullyimplemented into school systems.

A main role as IT Technician is troubleshooting school hardware and software, and you may also be asked to0 assist with delivering intervention sessions or supporting classes where computing underpins the lesson.


The IT Technician:
For this IT Technician role, you must have experience supporting the IT department within a school setting. You must be able to demonstrate excellent competency in computer systems, software, and hardware.

As an IT Technician you must also have great communicationskills, and be capable of cooperating well with both staff and students.
