Description
Greenwell Gleeson have been exclusively engaged to recruit for a FD Designate for a highly profitable privately owned group.

Operating as a leader in their field the business has grown from strength to strength over the past few years and are well setto further capitalise on their market position.

As the finance leader, you will manage the finance function and be responsible for all the internal and external reporting and working closely with the MD to help drive operational performance.

In addition tothe usual activities expected of the FD, the role will need to work closely with owner to support their wider business interest and hence having a commercial mind set is as important as being technically competent.

To be successful in the role you will ideallyneed to demonstrate experience of working in a lead finance role, demonstrate competence when dealing with external stakeholder and hopefully have experience of working in a privately owned business.

It is anticipated the role will be formalised to the FDposition with 12 months of joining.
