4M Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Housing Management Support Service Lead to work for a rewarding Charity who provide practical help and personalised support through their education, housing, justice and health and wellbeing services.


You will act as a Service Lead leading a team of up to 10 Housing Management Support Workers who are providing housing and support services to a number of service users aged 16+ who may be at risk of homelessness, leaving care, suffering from mental health issues, alcohol and substance misuse or those who are involved within the criminal justice system.

The team will offer housing support service for vulnerable service users as well as offering person centred support ensuring service users build confidence and independence.


Other responsibilities will include:

  • Operational management of the service to ensure delivery in line with contractual requirements
  • Manage service user spaces across the northwest
  • Ensure service users have a positive experience
  • Line management of team of housing management support workers
  • Ensure properties meet health and safety requirements
  • Ensure safety plans are in place
  • Engage with a range of external agencies
  • Ensure safeguarding
  • Ensure voids and arrears targets are met
  • Rate of pay £24.56 per hour via a umbrella company
  • Ongoing contract and permanent possibilities.
  • Full driving license and access to a car is essential
  • Mileage claimable
  • You will need to undergo a Enhanced Adults and Children's DBS Check.
