Ashley Kate are supporting a Leading Law firm in their search for a HR Workforce Analytic's Analyst on a 12 month FTC.

The salary on offer is £50k.

You will need to be onsite for at least 2 days a week in one of the following locations:

  • Sheffield


  • North West

  • Manchester and Liverpool
  • Scotland
  • Bristol


The firm are undertaking a major, global system implementation project and this role will work closely with the Senior Workforce Analytics Manager to develop and deliver the BI Strategy for the HR Function.

Process leads in defining their requirement for Business Intelligence, and delivering on those requirements.
The main duties will involve

  • Work with the Workforce Analytics Manager to create a credible reporting change and delivery process
  • Responsible for the creation, interpretation, and delivery of meaningful workforce analytics
  • Review requests for new or additional people reporting and seek ways to avoid duplication and increase efficiency
  • Provide external data insights to drive organisational performance
  • Seek opportunities to continuously improve how we operate


We are looking for an experienced HR/Workforce Analyst with prior work experience with extensive knowledge of HR /People reporting technology and practices.

This role will suit an experienced individual who has a proven background of understanding customerrequirement and delivering reports and Business Intelligence that informs business decisions in a forward facing organisation.

A confident, calm and credible manner with an excellent understanding of commercial drivers will ensure your success in this role.

Skills & Experience required

  • Advanced use of Excel
  • High level awareness of GDPR and data governance
  • Deep understanding of HR technologies
  • Workday experience is desirable although not essential
  • Demonstrable skills in one or more selfservice BI tools, e.g. Power BI, QlikSense, Tableau
  • A systemic approach to work, Management and driving positive change
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • A demonstrable ability to build relationships at all levels of the firm
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Highly organised approach to work with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced project environment
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent written, and verbal communications skills with the ability to relate and communicate at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in all work
