An ASSOCIATE AGRICULTURAL PROPERTY & LITIGATION SOLICITOR opportunity has become available within this well regarded team based in Swansea.

This is a key role for the team who are keen to bring an experienced and ambitious Agricultural & Property Litigationlawyer into their thriving department.

You will deal with an interesting and diverse range of clients including farmers, estates and agri-businesses.

If the criteria below matches your experience then this opportunity could be an excellent 'fit' for you:

3 year PQE+
An ambitious and capable Solicitor/Legal Executive.
Agricultural or Property Litigation background essential.
An understanding and experience of dealing with land owners and the associated legalities.
Capable business developer able to identify and create opportunities to generate new business.
Driven to achieve and exceed Team targets.
Strong communication skills.
Thrive on diverse work of a very high quality.
Excellent attention to detail.
Work as part of a team, provide supervision and guidance to junior staff whilst managing own caseload.
