An excellent opportunity has arisen for a reliable and committed Office Sales Administrator.
We are looking for a highly motivated, well-spoken and well-mannered individual to join our existing Office Sales Administrator team here at our London based food manufacturing company.
The Role:
- Be available to work from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday or 9am to 5pm.
- Be professional at all times, and respond to customer queries in a friendly, helpful and polite manner
- Process purchase requests and log customer queries using the relevant inhouse operating systems and payment processing machines
- Develop a sound understanding of our product range, and be able to effectively promote our products to new and existing customers
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Build and maintain positive relations with existing and new customers
Skills Required:
- Sound communication skills, including fluency in spoken English
- Passion for, and experience in, the provision of customer services
- Excellent timekeeping and organizational skills.
- A positive, confident and selfdriven approach
- The ability to work well under pressure
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- An ability and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Flexible and reliable
Salary:
£24,960.00-£27,000.00 per year
