HR Officer - Wrexham County Borough Council (Hybrid)

- 6+ Month Ongoing Contract

Rate - Negotiable - Please send your CV with the rate of pay you require

Essentials:

Experience of managing a busy case load in an HR environment in a large organisation
Graduate/Associate Member of CIPD, or equivalent experience
Evidence of CPD
Knowledge of HR professional issues

- employee relations, principles underlying sound recruitment and selection, re-organisation, organisation design, TUPE.

Job Role:

You will provide HR professional support and advice to Service Managers on the operation, implementation, interpretation and management of HR policies and support on organisation change projects.
Ideally you will have public sector HR experience or the ability to pick up the requirements of the role quickly.
