Administration Assistant

Immediately Temporary role

Hybrid model - FT hours


Adecco Nottingham are working exclusively with our client, searching for an Administrative Assistant to work FT hours, within a flexible hybrid model for approximately - 3 months.

This role will provide essential administrative support to our clients specific Policy department.

As part of your duties, you will be required to do the following:

  • Ensuring the CRM records are updated and maintained
  • Supporting with event organisation
  • Compiling and sending newsletters
  • Providing administrative support to this year's awards
  • Project admin support
  • Providing other administrative support as required by the team
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Good planning, prioritising, and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and deliver a high volume of work accurately
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential
  • High level of computing skills, particularly MS Office 36
  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Experience of working in a team
