Hybrid model - FT hours
Adecco Nottingham are working exclusively with our client, searching for an Administrative Assistant to work FT hours, within a flexible hybrid model for approximately - 3 months.
As part of your duties, you will be required to do the following:
- Ensuring the CRM records are updated and maintained
- Supporting with event organisation
- Compiling and sending newsletters
- Providing administrative support to this year's awards
- Project admin support
- Providing other administrative support as required by the team
- Ability to use own initiative
- Good planning, prioritising, and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and deliver a high volume of work accurately
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential
- High level of computing skills, particularly MS Office 36
- Experience in an administrative role
- Experience of working in a team
