The Role


We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Recruiter to join our Complex Care division on a full time, 9 month maternity cover contract.

In this role you will be responsible for high volume recruiting of care workers to join our complex careservices.


Duties & Responsibilities

Including, but not limited to:

  • To maintain a strong pipeline of new carers joining the business.
  • Ensure target numbers of new applicants are recruited to meet the demands of the business and regularly produce KPI target data so we can see what has been achieved and vacancy levels
  • Be engaging and motivating in selling the benefits of working for our company and promote the business.
  • Undertake a consistent and rigorous interview process via online technology
  • Responsible for attracting, interviewing and recruiting carers and coordinating induction training
  • Reviewing and reporting on numbers of vacancies and successful interviews.
  • Liaising with colleagues across multiple offices to ensure their requirements are met.

Essential Criteria:


  • Experience of managing the full recruitment cycle within targeted timeframes
  • Passionate about high quality care
  • A resilient nature and able to remain cool under pressure
  • A proactive outlook, not afraid to explore and suggest improvements to processes.
  • A selfstarter. Happy working both independently and as part of a team.
