Description

Sole Charge Credit Controller

Up to £37,000 + discretionary bonus

Remote working / East London office once a month if required

28 days holiday + bank holidays
My client is a well establishing business with a turnover of £40 million. This role is a newly created role reporting to the Director. The company have an excellent reputation and look after their employee's wellbeing.


Responsibilities

  • Managing a ledger 1500 live accounts, dealing with bluechips clients though to small sole traders


  • Dealing with multicurrency

  • USD, Euros, £ and others
  • Maintaining good relationships with customers, sales and administration department
  • Dealing with an invoice queries
  • Cash allocation
  • Raising of invoices
  • Negotiating repayment plans
  • Monthly aged debt reporting
  • Managing relationships with the bank, credit insurers and other external providers

Requirements:


  • Ideally 810+ years credit control experience
  • Experince of working in a sole credit control position ability to manage your own workloads, prioritise and meet deadlines, set up credit procedures, assisting with implementing a new finance system
  • A positive approach and can do attitude
  • Excellent communications skills the ability to building good relationships internally and externally is key to this role. The company's reputation and customer service is very important to them.
  • Reasonable Excel skills required
