Manchester City Centre - Castlefield

£40,000 - £45,000

I am representing a multi-award-winning Marketing and PR company based in the heart of Castlefield in Manchester City Centre that are looking for a HR Manager to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a dynamic management team in a role that will help you to not only broaden your experience but be part of some exciting changes and growth at the business.

As the HR Manager you will provide proactive HR support across the business to Line Managers and over 50 employees.

The key areas in this role will be Recruitment, HR Support, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Policies, Systems, and Wellbeing.

The exposure you will receive is great, plus there is an internal support function around you which includes the senior management team and a HR Director.

As you would expect from a business operating in this sector this is a fast paced and exciting place to work; the company have worked with some amazing brands and campaigns over the years and there is a real buzz around the company and what they do.

Although this is going to be based on experience, the company can offer a starting salary of up to £40,000 plus the addition of annual bonuses based on company and personal performance.

Ideally you will be CIPD qualified and have previous experience in a HR role.
