Recruitment Administrator
£20,000 - £23,000 Basic Salary plus potential Bonus and Benefits

Office based in Knaresborough with free parking.

Recruitment Administrator - Key Duties
Resourcing

  • Working closely with the Director to understand a client's requirements, best method of sourcing and appropriate Booleansearch strategy.
Database

  • Cleansing, updating and amending client information on CRM system.
Administration

  • Creating vacancy adverts and uploading to available job boards.
Market Research

  • Conducting searches of potential clients currently recruiting within 20 miles of Harrogate.
  • Research potential companies to better understand their businesses and how Technical Prospects could add value to their recruitment process.
This position is a flexible role, requiring a proactive approach. Each day will be different, requiring you to manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative.


Recruitment Administrator - Skills & Experience

  • Have strong attention to detail, administration and IT skills.
  • Willingness to learn recruitment processes and methodologies.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Approachable, friendly and supportive team player with the confidence to work on their own initiative.
