Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing personalised service
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals
  • Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations

  • Strong upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service and building rapport with customers

Salary:
From £23,620.08 per year
