New Mills School is a medium sized 11-16 secondary school based in the High Peak close to the Peak District National Park, yet within easy reach of the centres of Stockport and Manchester.


We are looking for someone who is passionate about Maths and will support the Maths Faculty Team Leader (FTL) in providing professional leadership and management for the Maths Department to secure high quality teaching, effective use of resources and improved standards of learning and achievement for all students and to do so in the spirit of the school's vision, culture, and strategic direction.

An excellent teacher of Maths, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes for students.

An enthusiastic and innovative team player dedicated to sharing good practice.
