As a recruitment ambassador for Balfour Beatty, you will be a true 360 recruitment specialist, confident in your ability to manage and deliver effective recruitment processes effectively, high level of operational excellence and have impact and influence which creates respect with senior stakeholders and Hiring Managers in the business.
What you'll be doing
As a
Recruiter, you will have the following accountabilities:
- Managing vacancies at all levels through the full recruitment life cycle from approval stage, through to offer and start date
Who we're looking for
You will have the following:
- Proven track record of working as a 360 Recruiter
- Experience of owning, maintaining and developing stakeholder/Hiring Manager relationships, including appropriate influencing skills
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, social media and recruiting process workflows
- Acts as an ambassador for Balfour Beatty, networking internally/externally, promoting Balfour Beatty as an Employer of Choice.
