Do you have the skills and drive to become a behaviour mentor for youth offenders with Special Education Needs (SEN)? Are you passionate about making a positive difference in young people's lives?

If so, we want to hear from you We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team of behaviour mentors.

Our team works with young people aged 11-17 who have challenging behaviour, Special Education Needs (SEN), orany other form of emotional and behavioural difficulty.

You should be patient, have a positive attitude, and be willing to go above and beyond to support our young people.

We value excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a good understanding of children's needs.

This is a challenging and rewarding job, so if you have the necessary skills and you're eager to help vulnerable young people in a safe and supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you.
