£22,000 - £28,000 - plus benefits


IFA Administrator required by a highly successful professional practice based in Edinburgh Due to continued growth they now require an experienced Administrator to provide support to the financial planners.

You will work across the full range of wealth management products and be responsible for:

  • Directly supporting the Financial Adviser's and Paraplanners
  • Arranging client reviews
  • Processing of new business
  • Chasing providers
  • Platform work
  • Sending out letters of authority
  • Utilising the backoffice system to update client information
  • Obtain information, quotes, illustrations, and product details, for comparisons and analysis
  • Professional communication manner, both written and verbally
  • Professional qualifications would be an advantage
