Springcare are a group of residential and nursing homes in Shropshire, Cheshire and the Wirral.


All of our homes cover a wide range of care - ranging from the residential care where clients simply need support to continue independently with their lives, to nursing home care and dementia care.

We are looking for a dynamic individual, who is able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, shows professionalism and shares Springcare's vision and commitment to ensuring the very best for all of our Service Users here at Davenham Hall.


40 hours per week working Monday to Friday (8am until 4pm)

  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have proven management skills
  • Have experience of using different software programmes, be IT literate and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Have experience of managing accounts
  • Be highly organised and able to complete tasks effectively,
  • Show initiative and is solution focused
  • Self motivated, and can work as part of a team or on their own

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing petty cash & residents funds
  • Managing staff rotas along with the Home Manager
  • Working alongside the Home Manager to provide front of house duties to visitors.
  • All aspects of HR management: including adherence to robust recruitment procedures and processing of staff absence and holiday requests.

£12.60 per hour
