This is a rare opportunity to join a successful and fully established water retailer with a proven track record in Customer Service - We have over 13,000 five-star Trustpilot reviews to date
- 35 hours per week, working day shifts Monday to Friday
- Salary range £26,000 and £32,000, depending on experience
- Hybrid working, currently 2 days in the office in and 3 days at home every week
- Modern offices in Blairgowrie with free parking and good transport links

Preferred Skills
- Experience managing a team, ideally within a busy transactional environment such as utilities, financial services or telecoms
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to create an environment where people learn, develop, grow and are empowered
- Proactive, confident and engaging, with a proven track record of using motivation skills to improve performance of individuals and a team
- Customer management and relationship skills
- Commercial awareness and good attention to detail
- Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and to multitask
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to deal with challenge and ambiguity
- Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office
Role Responsibilities
- Provide strong visible leadership and operational direction to your team through direct feedback and coaching whilst motivating team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Understand company policies and operational processes and support Customer Service Advisors to adhere to company guidelines and standards
- Carry out formal quality scoring and feedback, providing coaching and remedial training as required
- Fully understand the Key Performance Indicators in your area and take responsibility for their delivery
- Develop and set stretching objectives and conduct monthly, quarterly and annual team member performance reviews
- Ongoing monitoring of performance statistics to evaluate and ensure that goals are consistently achieved
