We are currently recruiting for a Head of Fleet & Travel (UK&I) ideally based out of Bolton but this could possibly be flexible.

You will be responsible for leading and owning all fleet and travel related services the company or their customers require.
You will ensure there is a safe, compliant and effective fleet and travel service within the company by maximising the use of global supply chains and delivering value to customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities_**_
- Providing leadership, coaching and line management to a team of five direct reports who manage the day to day operations of the fleet
- Maintain records, proving that the fleet and travel is compliant with regulations whilst demonstrating value for money
- Maximize fuel economy and manage fuel card usage
- Implement, maintain and develop policies and processes to ensure travel and fleet operates effectively and efficiently.
- Build a collaborative approach and trusted relationships with all stakeholders
- Carry out risk assessments on travel and fleet
- Provide health and safety knowledge in relation to travel and fleet management
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications_**_
- Must come from a strong fleet management background, ideally in Facilities Management but can be flexible.
- Proven record of managing a sizeable fleet in a previous role
- Team management experience preferred
- Need a full UK drivers licence
- IT literate
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Detailed understanding of transport legislation, compliance and regulatory issues
- National/international CPC holder
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
