Juice is delighted to be supporting a reputable and high-end Bath based organisation, with their search for a Sales Ledger to join their established team.

We would love to see someone who is professional in their approach and who can actively contribute to the smooth running of a sales ledger.

This role is situated within a friendly and helpful team.

Key duties of the role will include the following:

Managing & reconciling customer accounts.
Allocating payments, resolving invoices, and delivery queries.
Getting proof or delivery, stopping accounts where appropriate.
Providing administration support for customer accounts.
Highlighting and investigating exceptions and variances where needed.
Preparing plans in line with company policy.
Preparing files for litigation where needed.

Ideally, you will have:

Previous experience in a similar role
Brilliant communication and organisation skills
An analytical approach
A keen eye for detail
Proficient IT user
